As patient care coordinator, Juliana DeFranco schedules appointments for Natural Healthcare Center patients. She believes that living a healthy lifestyle shows you love who you are. When you love who you are, you can fully love the people that surround you. After all, love makes the world go around!

Juliana’s inspirations are her father, who instilled a strong work ethic and a hint of sarcasm, and her mother, who taught her to always choose kindness and be bold. Her mother and father are both wonderful chefs, which is a big reason why cooking is one of her passions. Juliana always enjoys spending quality time with her parents in the kitchen. Juliana also enjoys visiting New York City because she loves the energy and fine dining.

The Natural Healthcare Center family holds a deal place in Juliana’s heart because everyone supports, respects and loves one another. She feels blessed to work in such a warm environment filled with genuine, caring people who are passionate about their craft and helping patients transform their lives. Juliana’s greatest joy is seeing patients smile, especially when they leave the office feeling better than when they first arrived.

Not only is everyone at Natural Healthcare so friendly and caring, they really know what they are doing. I spent years visiting different chiropractors, orthopedists, massage therapists and physical therapists and no one could properly diagnose my shoulder pain. Dr. Claudia is the first person who was able to look at the big picture and realize that most of the pain in my shoulder was coming not just from my shoulder but from my neck. A Message For Our Patients

On Saturday, March 21, 2020 New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy held a press conference in which additional measures were enacted to curtail the spread of Covid-19 and issued Executive Order 108. This Order states in part that “any health facilities that provide medically necessary or therapeutic services” can remain open. The Order further states “Nothing in this Order shall be construed to limit, prohibit or restrict in any way the provision of health care or medical services to members of the public.”

We are continuing to take all precautions to ensure that our patients and staff stay safe during this unprecedented time:

We are staggering our appointment times to promote social distancing.
All rooms and equipment will be disinfected and cleaned with medical grade disinfectant immediately before and after each patient encounter.
Our clinicians will wear gloves for your treatment upon request.

We ask that if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, including a cough or fever, or have recently traveled to an area affected by the coronavirus, that you do not come in for your appointment but rather call us to reschedule.

If you do have a fever or other flu-like symptoms, or have possibly been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus, please self-quarantine and contact your primary care doctor as soon as possible.

We are blessed to be open and able to serve our communities, and will do so as long as we possibly can.
