There are many aspects of massage therapy that led Audrey O’Donnell down this path. She is driven by the creative, explorative, and evolving nature of bodywork, foraging for the root of pain rather than addressing the symptoms to provide momentary relief. Audrey finds therapeutic massage in all its forms to be a fulfilling process for both the therapist and patient, built upon a foundation of trust and a bond of responsibility for one’s well-being.
Audrey specializes in a variety of therapeutic massage modalities to treat and prevent injuries and address a wide range of physical, emotional, and psychological conditions. These techniques include prenatal massage, sports massage, cupping, and Thai massage. Massage therapy is offered as part of every chiropractic treatment at Natural Healthcare Center.
Prior to joining Natural Healthcare Center, Audrey spent six years working alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical and occupational therapists. A former All-American volleyball player at Stockton University, Audrey spent 13 years working with the Kean University women’s volleyball program.
